He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul A. Blough and Beulah Blough. He is survived by: his wife Melinda (Cervantes); and his children, Linda Ketley, Ralph J. Blough and Stephen Blough (Wendy). He is also survived by five grandchildren and one great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
