He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph E. Sr. Schneck and Dorothy Schneck (Werner); and his wife Carol Elaine Schneck (Bloom). He is survived by: his cousins, Tim Smith (Karen), Rick Smith (Cindy), Althea Seese (Jerome) and Christine Ritter (Robert); and his nieces, Kimberly Bloom and Marilyn Pepley.
The family suggests contributions be directed to a charity of one's choice or to the Humane Society of Cambria County, 743 Galleria Dr Ext, Johnstown, PA 15904 in memory of Ralph.
