He was predeceased by: his parents, Rance Louallen and Blanche Louallen (Thompson); and his siblings, Dawn Colon, Derrick Louallen, Angelia Louallen, Eddie Louallen, Stanley Louallen and Sandra Louallen.
He is survived by: his sons, Rance Louallen Wright and Jermaine Williams; and his siblings, Goldie Roberson, Michelle Brandford, Joseph Louallen and Deloris Louallen. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and at 12:00 PM at the Hindman Funeral Home (146 Chandler Ave, Johnstown, PA 15906). The military honors will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
