She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Stoy and Julia Stoy (Lidwell); her husband Joseph R. Nosal; and her siblings, Margaret Beiswenger, Dorothy Mansfield, Marie Geisel, Janet Stoy, Judi Engbert, Bonnie Stoy, Donnie Ray Stoy, Roger Stoy and Russ Stoy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Bobbie Fyock (Randy), Cindy Nosal, Debbie Shipman and Renae Roman (Dave); her grandchildren, Matthew Fyock (Olga), Melissa MacLellan (John), Mark Fyock, Greg Jones (Kris), Courtney Shipman-Brownlee (Zach Brownlee), Tracey Shipman (Kevin Fox), Joe Roman (Laura), Mike Roman (Alicia) and Liv Roman; her great grandchildren, Lydia, Liza, Finn, Ellie, Emmy, Addy, JoJo and Wes; her siblings, Catherine Stoy and Jackie Fetchko; and her sisters-in-law, JoAnn Stoy (Roger) and Mary Jo Stoy (Russ). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Harris Funeral Home (500 Cherry Ln, Johnstown, PA 15904). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Benedict Catholic Church (2310 Bedford St, Johnstown, PA 15904).
Regina's family suggests memorial contributions be made to Windber Hospice in her memory.
