He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley "Pip" Felton and Louise Felton (Elkin); his siblings, Robert and Carol; his parents-in-law, Joe and Ann Rubal (Hohla); and his siblings-in-law, Dolores Rubal, Leonard Rubal and Joseph Rubal.
He is survived by: his wife Eileen "Linky" (Rubal); his son Richard J. Felton Jr. (Jenifer); his sisters-in-law, Millie Pierre, Myrna Rubal and Laverne Felton; and his friend Jack. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
