He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Kelsey and Irene Kelsey (Hotchkiss). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth J. Kelsey (Polacek); his brother Neil R. Kelsey (Elizabeth M.); and his children, Thomas (Patricia), William (Mindy), Kenneth (Alicia) and Catherine Cavanaugh (Brian). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
