He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene Makuchan (Kasper) and Paul Makuchan of Woodvale. He is survived by: his brothers, Edward (Karlice Newmyer) and Ronald (Kathy Rice); and his nephew Brandon Makuchan (Brooke Rhoades).
