Johnstown (Jess); his stepchildren, Tony Jr. (Tawnya) of Johnstown, Kenneth Jr. (Ashley) of Johnstown, David of Johnstown, Jennifer (Antonio) of Johnstown, Andrea Tina (David) of Johnstown and Shelia of Johnstown; his siblings, Mark Michaels and Gwen Oakley (Russ); and his close friend Claudia Plows (Salix).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Heart Association or American Cancer Society in memorial of Rich.
