He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Poplinski and Frances Poplinski (Tetkoski); his daughter Richelle; his stepmother Josephine Poplinski; his stepbrother Francis Hrbal; and his mother-in-law Margaret "Chief" Blair.

He is survived by: his wife Connie Poplinski (Blair); his son Richard; his brother Edward Poplinski (Sally); his stepsister Patty Sladki; and his close friends, Mark and Patty Popolo. He is also survived by many in laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and more friends.

Memorial contributions may be directed to a charity of your choice in memory of Rich.
