He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Jr. Stahl and Grace Stahl (Penn); and his brothers, Clifford A. and William III. He is survived by: his wife Cathy (Strayer); his children, Christine Oldham (Thomas) and Richard Jr. (Glenda); his grandchildren, Alyssa (Joseph Kulikoski Jr.), Ryan Thomas and Jessica Salem; his great grandchild Jax Kulikoski; his brother Terry Stahl (Barbara); and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Stahl and Carolyn Stahl.
