He was predeceased by: his father John Zentkovich of Uniontown. He is survived by: his mother Ann Popovec (Silverman); his wife Laurie; his children, Zachary, Zoey (Shawn Lacue) and Zane; his stepfather Ronald Popovec; and his sister Deborah David. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cambria County Humane Society.
