She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ditko and Margaret Ditko (Hannur); her husband James T. Mizak; her brothers, John Ditko, Donald Ditko and Kenneth Ditko; and her sisters-in-law, Dorothy Ditko (Sakmar) and Caroline Ditko (Mateljian).
She is survived by: her children, James T. Mizak II (Kimberly Bassett), Barbara A. Mull (G. Robert Mull) and Christine M. Dayton; her grandchildren, Nathan and Jamie Lee (Leo Pivirotto); her great grandchildren, Ayva Jade, Emma Rose and Henry James; her sister-in-law Lillian Ditko (Obarsky); and her niece Jacqueline Carpenter (Ditko).
