She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Bregman and Edith Bregman; her husband Dr. Israel Teitelbaum; her son Martin Wayne Teitelbaum (Mary Ann Teitelbaum); and her brother Irving Bregman.

She is survived by: her children, Dr. Bruce Teitelbaum (Susan Kirshner) of Chicago, IL and Fran Mast (Richard Mast) of Rye Brook, NY; and her sister Louise Leuin (late Irving Leuin). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.
