It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert David Carothers of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 7, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Carothers and Margaret Carothers (Forgacs); and his siblings, Raymond Carothers, Patricia Zenino and Margaret Barrett.

He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Carothers (Duranko); his son Bob Jr.; his granddaughter Miah; and his siblings, Howard Carothers, Mary Duranko, Judy Romando, John Carothers, Susan Zajdel, Rose Robertson and Lynn Koontz.
