He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh J. Skelly and Stella A. Skelly (Helsel); his wife Eileen R. (Goller); and his brother Thomas Skelly. He is survived by: his children, Robert F. Skelly (Janet), Brian P. Skelly, Laurie Polacek (Steve), Melanie A. Mihelic (Bryon) and Karen L. Petrore (Anthony); his grandchildren, Robert M. Skelly, Cortney M. Barkley (Will), Kenneth Frazier (Kara), Aaron Frazier, Sara Mihelic and Samantha Stierheim (Tarin); his great grandchild Wyatt Frazier; and his brother Francis Skelly (Donna).
