He is survived by : his children, Kylie Weeks (Tim Chippie), Jordan Weeks (Jenna Ricci), Logan Weeks, Mariah Weeks, Tessa Weeks and Landon Weeks; his grandchildren, Iryss Chippie and Lorenzo Weeks; his child Oakley of Johnstown; and his siblings, Sandi Wallace (Bob) of Johnstown, Paul Weeks (Sarah) of Texas, Jerry Weeks (Joanie) of Texas, Judy Duffy (Mike) of Delaware and Jil Froelich (Carl) of Indiana.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Roger "Sid" Weeks to Johnstown Seventh-Day Adventist Church, 1035 Goucher Street, Johnstown, PA 15905, or to Windber Hospice, 600 Somerset Avenue, Windber, PA 15963, where he was compassionately cared for by Dr. Kelly Warshel and her amazing staff.
