He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Kuzma and Shirley Kuzma (Conrad); his brother John Kuzma; and his brother-in-law Mark Barbarich. He is survived by: his sisters, Dorothy Barbarich and Connie Kuzma (George).
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Richland Cemetery (1257 Scalp Ave, Johnstown, PA 15904).
