She was predeceased by: her parents, Michal Polosky and Rose Polosky (Stasczyszyn); and her husband Joseph. She is survived by: her son Joseph Jeffrey; and her grandchildren, Joseph Matthew (Sarah) and Rachel Marie.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Benedict Church.
