She is survived by: her children, Mary Casto (Ben) of Johnstown, Michelle Gacka of Johnstown, Melissa Alt of Johnstown, Marci Kokus (George) of Indiana, PA, Mark Riek (Lorie) of Indiana, PA and Michael Riek (Mindy); her grandchildren, Anthony Alt, Kathrine Burke (Brad), Nathan Kokus (Daizy), Adam Kokus (Maggie), Johnathan Casto, Morgan Casto, David Gacka, Ashley Gacka, Kirsten Riek, Samantha Riek, Olivia Riek, Michael Riek and Aiden Riek; and her great grandchild Khloe Burke.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Ruth's name may be made to St. Clement Church, 114 Lindberg Ave., Johnstown, PA 15905.
