He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Homer, Darlene Rice, Francis and Ruth Heider; and his close friend Garrett Wingard.
He is survived by: his parents, Michael C. Heider (Kathie) and Diane M. (Chuck Koshak); his siblings, Kristen (Don Burkett) and Bradley; his niece Kiley; and his nephew Cameron Burkett. He is also survived by numerous aunts uncles and cousins.
