Kornprobst Jr.; her children, Edwin, Matthew (Jill) and Amanda Wagner (Barrett); her grandchildren, Cody, Morgann, Joey, Jase, Jayden, Taylor, Lilly and Sophia; her great grandchild Aiden; her siblings, Pam Yoder (Floyd), Vickie Zevorich and Rayleen Harp; and her close friend Gizmo.
The family suggests memorial contributions to Adams Township Lions Club in memory of Sally J. Kornprobst.
