She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Streilein and Anna Marie Streilein; and her siblings, John K. Streilein and Phyllis J. Karshin. She is survived by: her husband Thomas R. Goughnour (Johnstown); her sons, John (Stacey) and Thomas (Elissa); and her grandchildren, Allison, Patrick, Lillian and Laine. She is also survived by her family and friends.
