She was predeceased by: her parents, George Forsythe and Florence Forsythe Sr. (Bretz); and her siblings, George Forsythe Jr. and Clara Forsythe. She is survived by: her children, Brandon Deyarmin (Theresa) and Danielle Simpson (James); her grandchildren, Angela and Austin Deyarmin; her pet Benji; and her siblings, Linda Deyarmin, Kimberly Resutek, Louie and David Forsythe.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
