Lavely of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, born in Louisville, Kentucky, who passed away on June 20, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Paul L. "Chirp" Lavely; her son Paul Lavely, Jr.; her grandson Jessey; and her brothers, Sunny, Frank, Larry, Clifford and John.
She is survived by: her children, Sherry Lavely-Morrison, Frank (Mary Ann) and Mary Jane Lavely; her daughter-in-law Deborah Lavely; her grandchildren, Jamey, Jennifer, Anna-Marie, Stephanie, Samantha and Alex; her great grandchildren, Breanna, Cheyenne, Bryce, Adyson, Daviyon, Harlow, Alexis and Aliyah; her great great grandchildren, Dominic, Annalise, Leiloni, Kenzo and Ronin; and her sister-in-law Katsuko Henry.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
