With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Mae Yacynych (Johnstown, Pennsylvania), who passed away on July 23, 2022 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Conley and Elva Mae Conley (Kitchen); her stepmother Stella Conley (Wise); her husband Stephen Yacynych; her great grandchild Caleb Yacynych; and her brothers, Ralph and Gene Conley.
She is survived by: her sons, William "Bill" Yacynych and David Yacynych (Gina Clement); her grandchildren, Todd Yacynych (Holly), Amanda Evans (Buddy), Nicole Lucero (Steve), Stephanie Allison (Todd), Malory Simmons (Brian) and Cory Yacynych (Cristina); her great grandchildren, Shane, Nicholas, Emilee, Ted, Ashley, Wyatt, Chayce, Ryleigh, Brady, Zach, Baylee, Cassidy, Mila, Micaiah and Matteo; and her great great grandchild Avalyn.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Jude Children's Hospital in memory of Shirley Yacynych.
