He is survived by: his wife Lori Steiner (Strayer); his children, Sherry, Timothy and Steven; his stepchildren, Joshua and Tabitha; and his siblings, Charles (Susan), Kenneth (Sherry), Fred Sr. and Rebecca. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
