She was predeceased by: her father Donald J. Karalfa; her brother-in-law Tom Flook; her aunt Mary Louise "Cookie" Dietz; and her uncles, Robert Karafa and Donald Clark.
She is survived by: her mother Lavada J. Karalfa (Clark); her husband Mark A. Sauro Sr.; her children, Mark A. Jr. and Amanda L. Blough (Sam); her grandchildren, Alana G. Blough and Peanut; and her sisters, Kathy L. Davis (Bill) of Transfer, PA and Donna M. Weyant (Charles) of Rostraver, PA. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
