He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Janisko and Angeline Janisko (Trotz); and his brothers, Ronald, Edward, Robert and Richard.

He is survived by: his sister Carole (Dennis Kelly); and his daughter Jacqueline of Clarion, PA. He is also survived by five grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 21st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hindman Funeral Home (146 Chandler Ave, Johnstown, PA 15906). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, January 21st 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
