He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Partsch and Agnes Partsch (Gerber); and his siblings, Ben, Francis, Raymond, Robert, Eugene, Mary Rose, Patricia, Appolonia and Dolores.

He is survived by: his wife Shirley Partsch (Schellhammer); his son Brian Partsch (Catherine); his grandchildren, Samantha Dallas (James), Tiffany Partsch (Michael) and Steven Partsch (Alisha); and his great grandchildren, Paige, James Dean, Layla, Wyatt, Carson, Easton and Cohen.
