He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Boykin and Jurettia Boykin; his wife Brenda Boykin (Yancey); and his stepfather Walter Montgomery. He is survived by: his son Carlos Cashaw (Melissa) of Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Kaci Jean (Jermey) of Arizona, Gabriel Dunlap of Oklahoma and DaShauna Hardison of Johnstown; his stepsister Pamela Nash of Johnstown, PA; and his close friends, Fred Boykin, O'Neil Boykin, Derek Boykin, Richard Kennedy and Paul Veney. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
