He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter K. Blair and Margaret E. Blair (Gwynn); his sibling's children, Shelly Poplinski, Brian Mikula and Jeffrey Weaver; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Weaver, Richard Poplinski, Albert Mikula and Annette Blair.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer E. Blair and Christopher T. Blair; his granddaughter Kassi (Matthew Brown); his great grandchildren, Sutton and Gunnar Brown; and his siblings, Bette J. Weaver, Walter W. Blair, James David Blair, Margaret E. Mikula, Judie Ann (Jack Metzgar) and Connie Poplinski (Blair).
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:25 AM at the Grandview Cemetery (801 Millcreek Rd, Johnstown, PA 15905). The military honors was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 at the Windber VFW.
