He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Simunich, and Anna Simunich, Sr. (Unisko); his wife Paulett; his sister Catherine Buchan-Haebich; and his brothers-in-law, John Santichen, Jack Buchan and Joseph Masoryak.
He is survived by: his children, Tom and Bethany Simunich; and his sisters, Frances Santichen, Maryann Masoryak and Anna Marie Mowery (Ray). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Thomas' memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital and the Humane Society of Cambria County (Johnstown).
