He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Phillips and Alice Phillips (Holton); his wife Marlene Phillips (Thompson); and his son Christopher Phillips. He is survived by: his daughter Leean Uptain; and his stepsons, Paul Jr., Daniel, Jeffrey and David Blackner.
