He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl D., Sr. and Eveline Berkebile (Killian). He is survived by: his daughter Shyleigh; and his siblings, Carmen (Richard Stutzman), Trudy (John Boast), Earl (Carmelinda), Terri Lynn (Frank Kalejta), Raymond (Linda) and Ronald (Renae). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
