He was predeceased by: his parents, William W. Sr. Cramer and Betty M. Cramer (Heckman); and his siblings, Barbara J. Cramer, Barry James and Connie Lynn.
He is survived by: his wife Marian Given Cramer (Kush); his daughters, Melinda Gray (James) and Kristie Beppler (Greg); and his stepchildren, John Given (Peggy Shaffer), Shelly George (Given) and Bob Ketner. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 5 step grandchildren; and 4 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John Henderson Company Funeral Home (215 Central Ave, Johnstown, PA 15902). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
