He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Krivach and Bertha M. Krivach. He is survived by: his wife Carol "Mitzie" Krivach (Gates); his daughters, Noreen, Sheri and Sunny; and his sister Donna Daub. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
