He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Walker and Dorothy Walker (Latshaw); and his siblings, Wilfred Walker, Larry Walker, Lois Kearney, Mary Jean Carlson and Bernice Walker.

He is survived by: his wife Luella "Bonnie" Gustafson; his sons, Lance Walker (Patty) of Vine Grove, KY and Doug Walker (Aimee) of Kane; his grandchildren, Samantha Thackston, Ally Raikes, Dylan Walker, Jenna Walker, Cole Walker, Reese Walker and Bri Walker; and his great grandchildren, Weston and Kade Raikes.
