He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Roth and Gloria Roth (Welker); his wife Peggy Murthough Roth; his brother Richard Roth; and his nephews, John Roberts and David Roth.
He is survived by: his daughters, Ellen "Missy" Cecchetti (Jim) of Kane and Amy Roth Peterson of Kane; his sister Patricia Tunteri of Rochester, NY; his granddaughter Angela Cecchetti; and his sister-in-law Kathy Roth of Boise, ID. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Topper could always be found working at his "shop" on Biddle Street or having coffee at Quick Stop Market and later at the Country Fair; therefore, his family would like donations to go to support the new coffee shop/ cafe at the Lutheran Home at Kane; or to a charity of the donor's choice.
