He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Cunningham and Millie Cunningham. He is survived by: his wife Vera Anderson; his sons, Kevin Fromm of Australia and Scott Fromm of Oregon; and his brothers, Ted Cunningham of California and Les Cunningham of Tennessee.
