He was predeceased by: his parents, Alden Chapman and Mary Chapman (Joshnick); and his brothers, Robert and Wayne Chapman. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Zayne Chapman and Shelley Chapman; his stepgrandson Addison DeSio; his siblings, John Chapman (Patty), Donna Chapman and Judy Mickle; his half-sister Kathryn Kielman; his former wife Peggy Chapman; Dustin Chapman (Stephanie) of Kane, Jesse Chapman of Kane, Matisse and Calder. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
