She was predeceased by: her parents, Ludwig Michel and Lina Michel; her husband Carl; her siblings-in-law, Alvin Johnson (Barbara) and Marlene Cook (Carl); her nieces and nephews, Terry D. Johnson (Vickie) and Calvin M. Johnson (Jack); and her daughter Carol Christine.
She is survived by: her sister Klara Meyer (Manfred); her brother-in-law Gordy Johnson (Ann); her children, Curtis Johnson (Kathleen), Diane Gartz (Steve) and Michele Patrick (Cliff); and her close friend Patty Nystrom. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren along with nieces, nephews, and cousins.
