He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Hagman and Anna Anderson Hagman; his wife Phyllis Smith; and his siblings, Ben, William, Karl and Esther Hagman.
He is survived by: his sons, Eric (Mary Lou) of McMurray and Keith (Tasha) of Estero, FL; his grandsons, Nevin (Jordan), Arden, Luke and Shane; and his nieces and nephews, Adrienne Jonsson, Linda Bush, Heidi Rhodes, Marlene Hagman Smith, Heidi Hagman Linn, Kurt Hagman, James A. Smith and Joel Rhodes.
