He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Jack" Bish and Leona Bish (Williams); his stepmother Irene Bish; his sister Lori Andrusis; and his in-laws, Ward and Virginia Anderson.
He is survived by: his wife Debbie Anderson; his children, Glenn Bish (Jodie Wagner) of Bradford and Milena Rudolph (Craig) of Frederick, MD; his grandson Crispian Bish (Lauren Stankovich) of Pittsburgh; his sisters, Kathy Haggard of Creighton and Jaclyn Cooney (Bob) of Smethport; his stepbrother Scott Elisar (Kelly) of Columbus, OH; and his pet Harlow. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
