She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Fitzgerald and Florence Fitzgerald (Dighton); her husband James Ewing; her sister Twila Heeter; her daughters, Melissa "Missy" Sanders and Valorie Ewing; and her son-in-law Bob Bodecker.
She is survived by: her daughters, Julie Ewing of Kane and Deb Cappello of Kane; and her grandchildren, Courtney Lupole and Steven Sanders.
