He is survived by : his wife Lee Ann; his sons, Rob Kusick (Andrea) of Sewickley and Jim Kusick (Heather) of Cranberry Twp; his grandchildren, Sydney, Cameron, Clara and Henry Kusick; his brother Bill Kusick (Elaine) of Chicora; his stepfather Bob Lumley of Petrolia; his nephews, Joe Kusick (Lili) of Butler, Tyler McFadden of Hilliards and Mark Hemphill of Grove City; his siblings-in-law, Sharon McElravy (Joe) of Karns City, Nancy Whited (Roger) of Bruin and David McElroy (Terri) of Karns City; and his nieces and nephews, Erin Miller (Jeff), Mark McElravy, Adam, Brody Whited, Ian and Ethan McElroy.
