He is survived by: his wife Alma J. Ryan Kelley; his children, Ryan N. Kelley of Karns City, Julie I. Fichter (Brad) of Petrolia, K. Dawn Elmadollar (Nathan) of Petrolia and Tiffany L. Yute (Keith H.) of Karns City; his siblings, Katie Moyer of Franklin, Donna L. Kelley of Oil City, Karen Kelley of Oil City and Kenneth Kelley of Franklin; and his niece Laura Pierce of Rocky Grove. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and cousins.
