He is survived by: his children, P. Torrey Cooper, Jr. (Kathrine) of Kempton, Brett Ryle Cooper of Kempton, PA, Elizabeth Violet Cooper of Kempton and Emily Ann Cooper (Ryan Virkutis) of Pottsville; and his brothers, Garth Cooper (Bronwyn) of Bryn Athyn and Glen Cooper (Elisa) of Elverson, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
