She is survived by: her children, Frank H. Minner III (Maria), Michele Minner Rafetto (Ray) and Jeffrey Edward Minner (Marie); her grandchildren, Brianna, Chelsea, Chad, Tyler, Michael, Alyssa and Matthew; her nieces and nephews, Karen K. Stidham, Kelly (Chris O'Connor) and Jimmy Stidham; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Brooke, Avery, Cammi and Mark.
