He was predeceased by: his parents, Perk and Carole. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his sons, Mike and Matt (Amanda); his granddaughters, Elizabeth, Raelynn, Olivia and Atlee; his brother Joe; and his daughter Catie. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, family, and all those who were fortunate enough to call him a husband, father, grandfather, brother, or friend.
