She was predeceased by: her parents, Helene Caramella and Joseph Caramella. She is survived by: her husband Albert Forte; her children, Caroline and Stephen (Kathleen); her grandchildren, Allison (Peter), Matthew and Natasha; and her brother Joseph (Joan).
